The standard time for the delivery of an order in the national territory is 24/48 hours since your order is entrusted to the carrier.

All orders will be prepared and shipped on the working day following their receipt, whenever possible on the same day.

We inform you that sometimes, depending on the place of delivery, orders placed on Wednesday or Thursday could be shipped the following Monday to avoid the plants being stored in the storage warehouses; orders placed on Friday will always be shipped on the following Monday. 

Any unforeseen events that arise so that it is not possible to respect these times (sudden unavailability of products) you will be promptly notified.

When your order is shipped, the order status is updated and you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail in which you will find the tracking link with which you can constantly monitor your shipment in all its phases, directly from the site SDA. You will thus be able to know the day the delivery of your order is scheduled.

It is important that all the information necessary for delivery (address, house number, name and postal code) have been correctly filled in order to facilitate the same; it is also important that your name and house number are clearly visible at the time of delivery.

Therefore we take no responsibility for any compilation errors by the customer.

We inform you that in case of non-delivery on the first attempt, another delivery attempt is available at no additional cost to be agreed with the carrier (release of stock), which in this case requires a customer's telephone number as additional information.

The release of the inventory will be made by Passiflorashop, which will constantly monitor the status of your shipment. In any case, it is recommended to check the status of the shipment by the customer, using the Tracking code that will be provided at the time of shipment of your order.

After the second delivery attempt, there will be no others available, therefore the customer will be obliged to collect the parcel as quickly as possible at the SDA office where the inventory was opened.

To collect the package from the SDA, you need to be aware of the shipping number and an identity document.

In the event that the person who will collect the package is different from the one indicated in the delivery address, a derogation signed by the same is required, in which it certifies that you are authorized to collect the package.

Any additional information that we need for delivery, will be requested by e-mail.

In case of absence by the recipient at the time of delivery, a notice will be issued by the carrier to your address.

Passiflorashop is not responsible for errors or non-delivery due to inaccuracy or incompleteness in completing the order: for the return the additional costs are charged to the customer (e.g. storage costs).

Therefore, remember to double check your data and provide additional information (e.g. plan of the condominium, interior etc.).


Thanks to our experience, your plants will be packaged and packaged in the best possible way, in order to avoid damage caused by any mistreatment of the package by the carriers.

Each plant is in fact individually packed inside the package, so that it never comes into direct contact with the others present; also resistant boxes made of double-wave cardboard are used, treated to resist humidity.

Furthermore, before being packed, each plant is carefully watered and left to drip from excess water, and then carefully packaged in order to avoid the escape of liquids or soil. Our primary objective is in fact to ensure that your plants arrive home yours in the same conditions in which they were shipped, in order not to compromise in any way the possibility of taking root and the quality of the product.
