The ordered Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order.

Shipments will take place after receiving confirmation of payments: for bank transfer, crediting to our current account, for payment by credit card, confirmation of the transaction by the circuit is authentic.

Between the day of shipment of the products and the day of arrival by the customer, generally between 2 and a maximum of 8 days, depending on the destination. The islands and disadvantaged places generally require a few more days.

Delivery is considered as performed from the moment the Product is delivered to the Customer. The delivery document issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the Customer upon delivery of the Product, will constitute proof of transport and release of the goods.

Passiflorashop accepts orders only for delivery in Italian territory.

The order processing times are normally between 1 and 7 working days to which the transit times of the goods must be added. No responsibility can be attributed to Passiflorashop in case of delay in the delivery of what ordered by couriers.

PRECAUTIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER:

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;

• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or in any case altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested, by placing a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the proof of delivery of the Courier. Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer cannot make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, in the manner provided in this document.
